When is the building scheduled to open?

The building is now open! Contact us to take a tour today. Suites are being made available as construction is completed, so reserve your suite and move-in date now!

What are the rent prices? What is included in the rent?

What is the charge for parking?

One parking spot is $50 per month. If you require an additional spot, please let us know when applying. Additional spots may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will there be additional storage available?

Yes, there will be storage units in the basement that can be rented for a nominal fee.

Are there any 3 bedroom suites available in this building or planned for the second building?

No, there are only 1 and 2 bedroom suites in these buildings. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in Brantford, there may be availability at 149 Henry Street.

Do I get to choose my suite type?

What is your smoking policy?

A: Harris Place at 555 Park is committed to remaining smoke free. No smoking is permitted within the building, on apartment balconies, or within 9 metres of entrances per City of Brantford smoking bylaws. A designated smoking area will be made available outdoors as construction is completed.

Who is managing Harris Place?
